Get a Billboard Quote

Choose the kind of work you need, add your site details, and we will come back with a quotation that spells out what is included.

Package: Developer & Construction

What do you need?
Billboard details
Site and approvals
Timing and artwork
Upload files (optional but recommended)

Site photos, drawings or artwork help us quote accurately. JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or ZIP — up to 20 MB per file, 10 files.

Your details

A billboard quotation is only as accurate as the information behind it. A structure on soft ground near a flood line is a different job from the same structure on a rocky industrial plot, and a skin change on a face reached by ladder is different from one that needs a crane or a rope access team. The form below is built to capture those differences early.

Use the form to select the kind of work, describe the site and tell us when you need the job done. We never print prices on this website, because the real figure depends on the structure, the site, the approvals and the scope. Your quotation states what is included and what is confirmed separately.

What you can request

The form preselects the type of work so we route your enquiry to the right people. If your job spans more than one, such as a new structure with printed skins and flighting, choose the main one and describe the rest.

  • A new static billboard structure on your land, including foundations
  • A digital LED billboard or screen, with content management and maintenance
  • Billboard rental on an available site
  • Skin printing and flighting for an existing face
  • A relocation, dismantling or upgrade of an existing structure
  • Building wraps, rope access or mobile crane work
  • Repairs, maintenance or an inspection

What makes a quotation accurate

Tell us the exact location, who owns the land, the format and the size of face you want, and whether approvals exist. For skin and flighting work, include the face dimensions and the artwork supplier. For digital work, tell us whether the screen is indoors or outdoors and what content it will run.

Photographs help more than descriptions. A view from the road, a view of the ground where the structure would stand and a close-up of any existing frame answer many questions at once.

If you have a deadline, say so. A campaign start date shapes how we sequence approvals, fabrication, printing and flighting, and we would rather flag a tight timeline in the first reply than discover it later.

What happens after you submit

We review your details, ask any follow-up questions, and where the job needs it we arrange a site visit or survey. Then we issue a quotation that sets out scope, inclusions and conditions. Prices, timing and warranty terms are confirmed on your quotation, not on this website.

If approvals are needed, the quotation explains how we will assist with the application and supporting documents. Approval rests with the relevant authority, and we do not promise an outcome. See the approvals guide for the usual route.

For multi-site or network jobs, we usually scope the sites together but price and plan each location on its own conditions.

Before you start

If you are still deciding on a format, the billboard types pages compare structures, and the sizes guide lists common faces. If you want to rent, see billboard rentals or the billboard packages. For work outside Gauteng or South Africa, add the town and country, and we will confirm how the job would be carried out.

What we will not do on a quotation

We will not guess at a figure from a one-line enquiry, and we will not promise approval or fixed timelines. A responsible quotation depends on the site, so we ask questions first and put the answers in writing.

We also keep the quotation and the approvals separate in our own thinking: the price covers the work and any approval assistance you have asked for, while the authority's decision stays with the authority. That keeps expectations honest on both sides.

At a glance

Request a billboard quote from Billboards Africa for new structures, billboard rentals, digital LED screens, skin printing, flighting, building wraps, rope access, repairs and relocations across Gauteng, South Africa and Africa. Our billboard quote form preselects the kind of work you need and collects the site address, photographs, face size, landowner details and campaign dates that a quotation depends on.

We do not publish prices, because the cost of a billboard depends on the structure type, ground conditions, approvals and scope. Your quotation confirms inclusions, timing and conditions in writing. We arrange site visits and surveys after enquiry, and we assist with municipality, roads authority and landowner approval applications. Whether you want a billboard quote in Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Cape Town or across the border, send us your details and we will come back with a clear scope. You will always know what is included before you commit. Mention your town and campaign dates so we can plan fabrication, printing and flighting around them. We advise on whether to build, rent or upgrade before you commit.

Common questions

Does the quote form cost anything?

No. Requesting a quotation does not commit you to anything.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Billboard costs depend on the structure, site, approvals and scope. We confirm everything on your quotation.

How long until I get a quotation?

It depends on how much we need to know about the site. Simple requests move faster, and jobs needing a survey take longer.

Do I need approvals before requesting a quote?

No. We can advise on approvals and assist with applications once we know the site.

Can I quote for several sites at once?

Yes. List each site in your message with its location and format, and we will scope them together.

Ready to go bigger?

Tell us where and what you want to advertise, and we will plan the billboard, the approvals and the flighting.
